HR Assistant for Compensation and Benefits

REQUIREMENTS:
· Has experience in general management of the different facets of human resource management and development, but a specialist for compensation & benefits, including timekeeping.
· Can manage company's benefits program for both statutory and non-statutory programs.
· Can attend to all employee relations concerns, inquiries, requests pertaining to their employment status.
· Has experience in designing organisational programs such as events, rituals and other company initiatives.
· Has experience in developing new processes and systems related to human resource.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· With at least 5 years of experience in HR Management
· Must be a graduate of Management Courses, Psychology or HR is preferred.
· Experience in the logistics industry is and advantage.
· Must be proficient in MS Office and other applications. Experience in HRIS is an advantage.
· Must be proficient in both written and oral English
