JOB DESCRIPTION
Compensation and Benefits
· Attends to employee inquiries regarding salaries and benefits.
· Prepares newly regularized contracts for Rank and File.
Benefits Administration
· Assists and/or attends to government-mandated benefits concerns and updating of records (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
· Assists in processing monthly billings of HMO and life insurance providers.
· Oversees the processing of HMO and life insurance enrollments and deletions of regular employees.
· Assists in processing Employee HMO reimbursement.
· Coordinates with HMO provider and employees' concerns and inquiries.
· Assists in the renewal of the HMO and life insurance coverage for all business units.
· Assists employees in the ordering and uniform issuance.
· Assists in the preparation, coordination and proper conduct of the Annual Physical Exam.
Reporting and Records Management
• Updates Plantilla as needed.
• Maintains 201 file records.
• Processes ATM applications for All Plant and FEAPC.
• Scanning for digitization of all HO 201 files.
• Performs other related tasks assigned from time to time.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
· At least 1-2 years of experience in compensation, benefits administration, or general HR functions.
· Knowledge of government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and HMO/life insurance processes.
· Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
· Good communication skills and the ability to interact with employees across all levels.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
