We are an established and fast-growing construction company based in Sydney, Australia, currently seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Contract Administrators / Estimators to support our Sales and Operations teams.
This is an excellent opportunity for professionals based in Cebu, Philippines with experience in construction project support, estimating, or contract administration, looking to work with a reputable Australian firm and grow their career in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review construction drawings and prepare accurate quotations
- Assist in tendering, estimating, take-offs, and project scheduling
- Monitor active contracts and supplier orders to ensure timely delivery
- Track order progress and help resolve any issues, delays, or discrepancies
- Support communication between internal teams and external stakeholders
Qualifications and Experience:
- Tertiary qualification (or currently studying) in Construction, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in contract administration, estimating, or a similar role
- High attention to detail with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with quoting or inventory software is an advantage
- Genuine interest in construction, logistics, or supply chain operations
