𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
Assisting managers with staff requirements.
Conducting newly hired employee orientation and training sessions and refresher workshops for existing employees.
Responsible for job offers, contracts, and discussing job descriptions.
Counseling staff on company policies, practices, and procedures.
Review timesheets, attendance records, and other relevant data to ensure payroll accuracy.
Process end-to-end payroll for all employees accurately and on time.
Handles monthly remittance of employees' monthly government contributions and loans (SSS, PAG IBIG, PHILHEALTH).
Monitoring government-related documents such as Loans Certification, Maternity/ Sickness Benefit Certification, Reimbursement, and others.
Conducting performance and wage reviews and providing management with the interpretation and analysis of legislated wage increases.
Keeps updated with the latest DOLE rule/ labor law regulation and wage orders and properly handle complaints and grievance procedures.
Prepares and submits regular reports to DOLE as required by law and regulations.
Performing various administrative tasks and accurately processing paperwork.
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or similar
Relevant experience in an HR role.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to work unsupervised.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong moral and ethical code.
Competency in Microsoft Office, and business management and presentation tools.
Excellent administrative skills.
