Today, the company has fully evolved into a full scale freight forwarding and logistics provider to worldwide multinational and domestic customers.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Generate new leads and convert opportunities into sales.
  • Conduct client visits, presentations, and business reviews.
  • Prepare quotations, pricing sheets, and proposals for customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to branch revenue growth.
  • Coordinate with KLL office on carrier rates, promos, and special quotations.

2. Operations Management

  • Supervise international and domestic Freight, including customs brokerage and freight related services
  • Ensure accurate and timely booking, documentation, cargo monitoring, and customer updates.
  • Handle import/export processing including shipping line/port coordination, MBL/HBL, AWB, DO, billing, and truck scheduling.
  • Oversee domestic trucking, port operations, and warehouse activities.
  • Ensure compliance with customs, BOC, airline, and port regulations.
  • Respond quickly to issues such as delays, offloads, port congestion, or damaged cargo.
  • Ensure all shipments meet required cut-offs and service-level commitments.
  • Implement KPI and lead in service improvement

3. Customer Service & Issue Resolution

  • Provide daily status updates and proactive communication to clients.
  • Address customer complaints, delays, or service issues with clear solutions.
  • Coordinate closely with trucking partners, shipping lines, and airlines.
  • Maintain professional and consistent communication between CDO branch and HQ.

4. People & Team Management

  • Supervise branch field and office staff.
  • Assign workloads, monitor performance, and provide coaching or training.
  • Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety policies, and compliance guidelines.
  • Maintain a positive and productive team environment.

5. Administrative & Financial Duties

  • Monitor branch expenses, petty cash, and vendor billings for accuracy.
  • Review billing invoices and ensure chargeables are correct and complete.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and operations reports.
  • Assist in branch budgeting and cost efficiency initiatives.
  • Ensure complete documentation filing and audit readiness.

QUALIFICATION:

  • Graduate in any field of: Customs Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration
  • Work Experience: Minimum of 4 years
  • Strong understanding of air/sea freight, import/export procedures, customs brokerage, INCOTERMS, and domestic cargo movement.
