Position: Wax Professional / Salon staff

KEY RESULTS AREAS & PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:

• Responsible for delivering the unique waxing technique and essential services to clients of Lay Bare Waxing Salon.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure to hit sales performance targets both service and product sales.
• Performs all waxing services to clients by providing client satisfaction.
• Performs excellent customer experience for retention and attracts possible clients.
• Performs waxing standards based on wax consumption and service time.
• Ensures that the cubicles are well maintained, clean at all times before and after duty. Assists other team members in daily housekeeping (grease trap cleaning, waste disposal, wall cleaning etc).
• Assist the Branch Supervisor in sales deposit to accredited bank, product monitoring and inventory reports.
• Assume/assist the Branch Supervisors (temporary) responsibility in her absence to effectively manage and lead the branch.
• Performs other related duties as may be assigned from time to time

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:

• Atleast High School graduate.

COMPETENCY REQUIREMENT:

• Highly competent in providing waxing, manicure, pedicure skills/technique
• Patient, honest and trustworthy
• Customer service oriented

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: From Php12,246.00 per month
