  • Acts as the leader of the branch and responsible for the attainment of overall branch targets and sales
  • Ensures that department goals are communicated, understood and implemented in the branch
  • Ensures proper kitchen standards are followed
  • Manages the day-to-day activities of the staff and personnel and to the overall operations for the efficient and timely delivery of services
  • Maintains effective control, supervision and high service standards by coordinating tasks and work and ensuring that staff have the necessary resources to effectively perform their jobs
  • Ensures maximum satisfaction from the guests and handles complaints
  • Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities and continuing needs
  • Forecasts proper orders and maintains the sanitary conditions of the kitchen

Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications

  • Must be a college graduate of any Business, Hospitality, or related course
  • With at least two (2) years of experience in supervising or managing a branch/establishment
  • Proficient in preparing personnel duty rosters and time schedules
  • Capable of conducting accurate and organized inventory checks
  • Knowledgeable in POS operations and computer-generated reporting
  • Possesses strong analytical skills, particularly in interpreting profit and loss reports
  • Willing to undergo training in NCR

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php22,000.00 per month
