Job Discription:

Front Desk and Customer Handling

- Greet and assist customers entering the branch

- Provide accurate information regarding services, play policies, party packages, safety rules, etc.

- Respond to inquiries or complaints in a calm and respectful manner

- Escalate major issues to the Supervisor or assigned point personOpening and Closing Procedures

- Perform complete opener/closer S.O.P. routines as instructed

- Check cleanliness and readiness of the reception, gate, and front areas

- Ensure all forms, materials, and systems are in place and accounted for at shift start/end

- Submit daily reports or turnover logs as requiredCustomer-Centered Compliance- Follow proper scripting or responses when handling common customer queries or concerns

- Uphold and enforce safety rules and customer service standards consistently

- Work closely with branch OIC and SL to align with any promos or mall-specific instructions

Job Qualifications:

  • At least High School Graduate.
  • At least 1 year of work experience

SKILLS

  • Communication Skills For clear, courteous, and professional interaction with customers
  • Customer Handling Ability to address concerns, explain procedures, and provide assistance with a calm and positive attitude
  • Attention to Detail Especially during opening/closing routines and documentationReliability
  • Must be punctual, trustworthy, and consistent in delivering service standards
  • Problem-Solving Able to handle minor customer concerns or escalate as necessary
  • Composure Under Pressure To manage high volumes or emotionally charged situations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php461.00 per day
