KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Calendar Management: Schedule and prioritize appointments, meetings, and events for HR, ensuring optimal time management.

Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, responding to inquiries and managing correspondence.

Meeting Coordination: Organize and prepare for meetings, including logistics, agenda creation, and documentation of minutes.

Travel Arrangements: Plan and coordinate travel itineraries, including transportation, accommodation, and expense reports.

Project Support: Assist in managing projects by tracking progress, deadlines, and deliverables, and providing administrative support as needed.

Documentation: Prepare, edit, and format reports, presentations, and other documents to ensure clarity and professionalism.

Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Enhance Executive Efficiency: Streamline daily operations to allow executives to focus on strategic decision-making.

Foster Effective Communication: Ensure clear and timely communication between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.

Maintain Organization and Order: Implement organizational systems that improve document management and scheduling.

Support Project Management: Assist in the successful execution of projects by tracking timelines, deliverables, and resources.

OBJECTIVES:

EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS AND KEY COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or executive support role is highly desirable.
