Position Overview

We're looking for a keen and eager Junior Account Executive excited to kickstart a career in solar sales. This role is hands-on and supportive, perfect for fresh graduates ready to learn and grow. You'll work closely with senior sales leaders, helping to grow our customer base and deliver clean energy solutions—all while gaining valuable experience in a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the sales team by helping with lead generation, client follow-ups, and sales administration.

- Assist in preparing proposals and presentations for prospective clients.

- Manage and update sales pipelines and CRM data.

- Follow up with leads and customers to nurture relationships.

- Join team meetings, trainings, and market research efforts.

- Help prepare sales reports and track progress.

- Handle basic client inquiries and escalate technical questions to the right team members.

- Participate in events, webinars, and community outreach supporting solar sales growth.

Strategic and Ongoing Duties

- Join regular sales meetings to chat about progress, challenges, and goals.

- Track and update lead information and sales stages in the CRM.

- Follow up on leads consistently to help move deals forward.

- Participate in learning sessions to improve product knowledge and sales skills.

- Help gather insights on market trends and competitors.

- Work closely with marketing and technical teams to coordinate efforts.

- Support client service by addressing simple questions and concerns promptly.

- Help with weekly and monthly sales activity tracking and reporting.

- Attend monthly reviews to discuss growth and development.

- Assist with event organization and community activities.

- Make sure all sales activities stick to company and industry standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates are warmly welcomed
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Basic computer skills with a willingness to learn CRM and sales software.
  • An upbeat attitude and passion for renewable energy.
