About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our dynamic team at Niuprofessional Inc. in Cebu City, Cebu. This full-time position will provide essential administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing comprehensive administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
  2. Handling correspondence, both written and verbal, on behalf of the team
  3. Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents
  4. Maintaining and updating office records, databases, and filing systems
  5. Coordinating supply orders and ensuring the office is well-stocked
  6. Serving as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  7. Providing support for special projects and events as needed

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative or secretarial role
  2. Excellent organisational and time management skills
  3. Strong written and verbal communication skills
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  6. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  7. Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
