We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to assist the CEO in managing daily operations.

  • HMO with 1 free dependent

This role is ideal for someone who has previously supported a founder, CEO, department head, or anyone with experience in admin, coordination, or operations roles who's ready to grow in a fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and prioritize the CEO's emails and task reminders
  • Track business development pipeline, follow-up actions, and documentation
  • Assist in preparing CEO reports and slide decks
  • Liaise with internal teams: HR, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and Operations
  • Provide general office support (e.g., supplies, food coordination, client visits)
  • Coordinate with vendors, lessors, and service providers during school setup
  • Draft letters and documentation
  • Help organize launch events and coordinate guest logistics
  • Track initial student applications and assist with basic admin tasks
  • Assist in basic bookkeeping and coordinate with the Finance Officer
  • Assist in preparing compliance paperwork (FDA, business permits)
  • Support audit preparation and follow-ups
  • Coordinate with vendors as needed—especially when the CEO is abroad

Minimum Qualifications

  • College graduate (any course welcome; admin/management-related preferred)
  • 1–2 years of experience in admin, coordination, operations, or executive support
  • Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Comfortable in using Canva, PowerPoint, Excel, and other MS Office applications
  • Able to multitask and work with various stakeholders

Preferred (but not required)

  • Experience supporting a CEO, founder, or business owner
  • Familiarity with event planning or government compliance processes (TESDA, FDA, etc.)
  • Graduate of a business-related course or holds relevant certifications
