THE ROLE:
We are looking for a Sales Admin Assistant for Trinity Insurance Brokers Cebu who will focus on ensuring accurate and timely policy processing, proper documentation and dispatch, coordination of claims requirements, and efficient data management to help the account management team maintain smooth client servicing and compliance with internal standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare, review, and dispatch insurance policies, endorsements, and renewal documents to clients and insurers, ensuring all client policy documents are accurate, complete, and properly filed.
- Coordinate with clients, insurers, and internal claims handlers to ensure timely submission of requirements.
- Monitor claim status updates and prepare basic progress reports for the Sales or Claims Team.
- Encode and update client policy data, endorsements, and claim information into the company's CRM or database.
- Generate and submit periodic reports on dispatched policies, claims updates, and pending requirements.
- Support other administrative tasks assigned by the branch manager related to account servicing and operations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in insurance or financial services. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and document-handling accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and database systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Able to work onsite in Cebu City.
