Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and driven Marketing - Admin Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for students looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing, content creation, branding, and social media strategy. The intern will support various Marketing and Admin initiatives and work closely with the team to execute campaigns and projects that help grow the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Tasks:

  • Assist in creating content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Help develop marketing materials such as presentations, email campaigns, and promotional assets
  • Support the execution of digital marketing strategies
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Monitor social media engagement and trends
  • Update and maintain marketing databases and CRM systems
  • Assist in organizing marketing events and online promotions
  • Collaborate with the team to brainstorm ideas and contribute to campaign planning

Administrative Tasks:

  • Maintain and organize marketing files, reports, and databases
  • Coordinate with other departments for marketing-related requests
  • Provide general support to the marketing and admin team

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing trends
  • Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative
