1. Talent Sourcing and Acquisition

  1. Conduct thorough market research to identify potential candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and professional networks.
  2. Proactively source and engage with candidates to build a talent pipeline that meets the company's current and future staffing needs.
  3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Candidate Screening and Assessment

  1. Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates against position requirements.
  2. Coordinate and facilitate the interview process, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
  3. Administer pre-employment assessments as needed and provide insightful feedback to hiring managers.

Employer Branding

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, industry organizations, and other relevant networks to enhance the company's employer brand.
  2. Represent the company at recruitment events, job fairs, and industry conferences.

Interview Coordination

  1. Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
  2. Communicate effectively with candidates, providing timely updates on their application status.
  3. Ensure a smooth interview process, addressing logistical issues and coordinating travel arrangements as necessary.

Employer Branding

  1. Assist in developing and maintaining the company's employer brand to attract top talent.
  2. Create compelling job descriptions and marketing materials to showcase the company's culture, values, and career opportunities.

Onboarding Support

  1. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
  2. Assist in the orientation and integration of new employees into the company culture.
