1. Talent Sourcing and Acquisition
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Proactively source and engage with candidates to build a talent pipeline that meets the company's current and future staffing needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Candidate Screening and Assessment
- Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates against position requirements.
- Coordinate and facilitate the interview process, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Administer pre-employment assessments as needed and provide insightful feedback to hiring managers.
Employer Branding
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, industry organizations, and other relevant networks to enhance the company's employer brand.
- Represent the company at recruitment events, job fairs, and industry conferences.
Interview Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
- Communicate effectively with candidates, providing timely updates on their application status.
- Ensure a smooth interview process, addressing logistical issues and coordinating travel arrangements as necessary.
Employer Branding
- Assist in developing and maintaining the company's employer brand to attract top talent.
- Create compelling job descriptions and marketing materials to showcase the company's culture, values, and career opportunities.
Onboarding Support
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
- Assist in the orientation and integration of new employees into the company culture.
