Job Overview:
The Trade Marketing Associate plays a vital role in supporting the company's Trade Marketing efforts by managing and coordinating trade marketing activities, materials, and reporting. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports on Loan Consultant (LC) recruitment and retention activities, including partner incentives and performance metrics.
- Assist in the creation, monitoring, and coordination of online and offline trade marketing materials, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Support the planning, execution, and documentation of trade marketing events and activities, ensuring successful implementation.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in a marketing or related role, preferably with exposure to trade marketing or channel marketing.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
