- responsible for the execution of end-to-end recruitment process
- responsible for the company's manpower acquisition through internal and external sourcing
- conducts in-depth interviews and prepares interview assessment reports of applicants
- ensures the hiring of highly motivated and competent individuals
- monitors the submission of pre-employment requirements prior to the hiring of the accepted applicant
- conducts New Hires Orientation
- prepares recruitment-related reports
- monitors employees performance evaluation
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or any Business related course
- with at least 2 years related work experience
- Able to handle bulk manpower request
- good oral and written communication skills
- willing to travel
- Can start asap
