Handling, preparing and processing of mandatory benefits and documentation in various government offices.
Preparing and checking the summary of employee's attendance for payroll purposes by updating relevant data (overtime, leaves, absences, etc.)
Coordinating with the HMO providers enrollment and deletion of principal members and concerns on benefit availments.
Coordinating with the manpower agency related to attendance, payroll and other employee movement concerns.
Reviewing and counseling the weekly cash advances requests and asks for the approval of the finance officer.
Monitoring the issuances of uniforms, safety shoes, IDs and locker assignments.
Assisting in the organization of company events and administrative tasks.
Assisting with the day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
Providing administrative support to human resources supervisor.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
