- Handle employee complaints and facilitate grievance procedures professionally.
- Coordinate communication with job candidates and schedule interviews.
- Conduct initial orientations for newly hired employees.
- Support HR recruiters in sourcing candidates and updating the HR database.
- Process company and government-mandated benefits.
- Administer and explain employee benefits, serving as a liaison between employees and government agencies.
