JOB DESCRIPTION
The Sales Manager (Chapel & Columbarium) is responsible for leading, developing, and managing the sales operations of the chapel and columbarium services. The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving sales performance, and ensuring excellent customer service. The Sales Manager will also handle and strengthen partnerships with agency partners and real estate brokers to maximize sales opportunities.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets for chapel and columbarium products and services.
- Lead and manage the in-house sales team, agency partners and real estate brokers to ensure consistent performance and goal alignment.
- Build, maintain, and expand strong relationships with agency partners, brokers, and other sales affiliates.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales staff and partners, providing coaching, training, and support as necessary.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand market reach and grow client base.
- Oversee contract negotiations, client presentations, and closing of sales deals to ensure client satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform recommendations for business growth strategies.
- Prepare accurate and timely sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for management review.
- Collaborate with Marketing and other departments in the development of promotional campaigns and sales materials.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical sales practices.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related field.
- Proven work experience as a Sales Manager in the memorial, chapel, columbarium, or related real estate industry.
- With strong leadership skills and the ability to manage both in-house and partner-based sales teams.
- Possession of a Real Estate Broker License is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and CRM systems.
- Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer service orientation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25, Php55,000.00 per month
