Group Manager, Commercial Finance.

The Group Manager, Commercial Finance plays a pivotal role in driving financial performance across BCFG Philippines' commercial operations. This position leads key finance functions including FSPL/Exports/JVs/NPD, and Sales Finance. The role is responsible for delivering strategic financial insights, ensuring accurate reporting, and partnering with business units to support growth and profitability.

What are their Job Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Team Management

Lead and develop a team of finance professionals across FP&A, exports, joint ventures, and sales finance.

Foster a high-performance culture focused on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

  • Business Partnering

Collaborate with commercial teams to evaluate financial impact of business initiatives.

Support new product development (NPD) with financial modeling and scenario analysis.

  • Reporting & Compliance

Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in line with corporate and regulatory standards.

Manage critical reporting timelines including monthly close, quarterly forecasts, and annual plans.

  • Strategic Projects

Drive financial strategies for exports, joint ventures, and FSPL initiatives.

Lead financial integration and optimization efforts across business units.

What are the Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in commercial finance, preferably in FMCG or multinational environments.
  • Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional finance teams.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and tools (e.g., SAP, Excel, Power BI).
