Job Summary

The Operations & Business Strategy Manager will oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of all subsidiaries under Karl Group Holdings Corporation. The role focuses on ensuring operational efficiency while also driving strategies to strengthen sales performance and business growth. This position will work closely with subsidiary heads to align goals, enhance processes, and support the achievement of revenue and performance targets.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Operations Oversight

  2. Supervise and monitor daily operations of all subsidiaries in the head office.

  3. Align subsidiary activities with overall corporate objectives.
  4. Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and regulations.

  5. Business Strategy & Sales Support

  6. Work with subsidiary heads to develop and implement business strategies.

  7. Monitor and analyze sales performance across subsidiaries.
  8. Recommend initiatives to boost revenue and expand market presence.
  9. Consolidate market insights and competitor analysis to guide decision-making.

  10. Performance Monitoring

  11. Track KPIs (operations and sales) across subsidiaries.

  12. Consolidate reports for executive management.
  13. Identify gaps and provide actionable solutions.

  14. Process & Efficiency Improvement

  15. Standardize workflows and operational processes.

  16. Introduce tools and practices to improve efficiency and productivity.
  17. Promote resource-sharing among subsidiaries for cost savings and synergy.

  18. Leadership & Support

  19. Serve as a bridge between management and subsidiary teams.

  20. Provide guidance, mentoring, and support to subsidiary leaders.
  21. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA is an advantage).
  • At least 7–10 years of experience in operations, sales strategy, or business management.
  • Proven experience in driving sales or business growth initiatives.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, HRIS/ERP systems, and data analytics tools is an advantage.
