On-site | Full-time | Mondays - Saturdays (8 AM - 5 PM)

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and procees payroll accurately and on time
  • Calculate and remit government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and taxes (BIR) within prescribed deadlines.
  • Prepare and file payroll-related reports such as BIR Form 1601-C, Alphalist, and other required returns.
  • Maintain updated employee payroll records, including pay rates, deductions, and leave balances.
  • Coordinate with HR for employee movements, new hires, resignations, and salary adjustments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Human Resources, and Psychology
  • Knowledgeable in DOLE Labor Law and Compensation and Benefits
  • Has excellent communication and leadership skills
  • At least 1 year experience or proven experience in a similar role
