Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Payroll Clerk. The Payroll Clerk will handle the daily payroll operations including processing employee payments, maintaining payroll records, and ensuring compliance with payroll regulations. Responsibilities will also include payroll taxes, report generation, and coordinating with the accounting department. This is an on-site role located in Quezon City.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Payroll Services, Payroll Administration, and Payroll Management
  • Understanding of Payroll Taxes and compliance requirements
  • Basic Accounting skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience with payroll in the manpower industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
