Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Payroll Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting payroll processes, ensuring accuracy in payroll entries, and assisting with related accounting tasks. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Accountancy, Financial Management, Accounting Information System, or Management Accounting (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Hardworking, flexible, and well-organized.
  • Possesses good moral character and is trustworthy.
  • Strong communication skills; able to collaborate effectively with peers and other departments.
  • With strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the extraction of data from Workday (WD) for payroll processing.
  • Support in the preparation of basic payroll entries and updating of payroll schedules.
  • Help ensure accurate recording of payroll-related assets, liabilities, and expenses.
  • Coordinate with team members and other departments for payroll-related concerns.
  • Perform other payroll and accounting-related tasks as assigned.
