Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Makati for a Logistics Officer. The position involves overseeing day-to-day logistics operations, including inventory management, warehouse coordination, and supply chain processes. Responsibilities include maintaining optimal stock levels, organizing timely shipment of materials, ensuring efficient warehouse operations, and supporting administrative logistics tasks to meet business goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Inventory Control and Warehouse Operations to ensure efficient stock management and organized storage systems.
  • Experience in Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management, including coordinating shipments and optimizing supply chain processes.
  • Strong Administration skills to manage schedules, documentation, and logistics procedures effectively.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and adapt to a fast-paced workplace.
  • Relevant certifications in logistics or supply chain management will be considered an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
