About the role

LEC Steel Manufacturing Corporation is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our growing sales and marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service and technical understanding of our steel products and fabrication solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction and industrial sectors.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure their needs are met promptly.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and product presentations.
  • Coordinate with the Engineering, Production, and Logistics teams to ensure on-time project delivery.
  • Monitor and follow up on project schedules, billings, and collections.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and potential clients.
  • Provide after-sales support and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or any related field.
  • Preferably with 1–3 years of experience in sales, account management, or client relations (experience in construction or steel industry is an advantage).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Goal-oriented, confident, and self-motivated.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willing to travel for client meetings and site visits.
