WE'RE HIRING - LIAISON OFFICER
We are looking for a Liaison Officer to join our team If you have experience handling business registration, closures, and tax filings with government agencies, we'd love to hear from you.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Process business registration and closure with government agencies such as SEC, DTI, BIR, and LGUs.
Conduct tax filings and compliance tasks, including submission of reports and payments to BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG and other government agencies.
Ensure timely renewal of business permits, licenses, and other regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with various government offices and represent the company in official transactions.
Keep track of all official documents and maintain proper filing and records.
Assist with other administrative tasks related to government compliance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 1 year of experience in business registration, compliance, or tax filing.
Familiarity with government regulatory processes and requirements.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Good interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
Willing to travel and visit government offices regularly.
Willing to be coached/mentored
Good moral character
Preferably with own motorcycle and a valid government ID. (will provide gas allowance)
