LOCATION: PASEO DE ROXAS, LEGAZPI VILLAGE, BRGY. LORENZO, MAKATI CITY
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and diplomatic Government Liaison Officer to maintain the smooth transaction of delivering and coordination with third party firms and government units. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, facilitating communication, and advancing organizational objectives through effective government engagement and policy support.
Qualifications:
- With experience in coordination with Local Government Units with regards to submission and compliance to necessary transactions.
- Bachelor's degree preferred (any field).
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Preferably with motorcycle.
- Can work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willing to travel occasionally for document submission and coordination.
- Preferably bilingual (English and Filipino)
Key Responsibilities:
- Submit and collect official documents and ensure accuracy and completeness of all paperwork.
- Coordinate and maintain good relationships with government offices and officials.
- Track application progress and provide timely updates to internal departments and clients.
- Ensure compliance with Philippine immigration and labor regulations.
- Assist in other administrative or liaison duties as may be assigned.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php19, Php22,000.00 per month
