Qualifications:
- Mandatory: Minimum 2 years of proven experience dealing with Bureau of Immigration (BI) and Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE).
- Bachelor's degree preferred (any field).
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Can work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willing to travel occasionally for document submission and coordination.
- Preferably bilingual (English and Filipino)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle visa and work permit applications, renewals, and other related government transactions at BI and DOLE.
- Submit and collect official documents and ensure accuracy and completeness of all paperwork.
- Coordinate and maintain good relationships with government offices and officials.
- Track application progress and provide timely updates to internal departments and clients.
- Ensure compliance with Philippine immigration and labor regulations.
- Assist in other administrative or liaison duties as may be assigned.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php25,000.00 per month
