Liaison Officer

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main contact person between the organization and external stakeholders.
- Handle documentation, permits, and other regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate accurate and timely communication between departments and partners.
- Represent the company in meetings and discussions with external parties.
- Build and maintain positive professional relationships to support organizational objectives.
- Assist in resolving issues and concerns raised by stakeholders.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on liaison activities.
- Provide support to different departments in handling external transactions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Communications, Political Science, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Willing to travel and work flexible hours when required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18, Php19,000.00 per month
