I. POSITION SUMMARY

I.T. support is responsible for maintaining the computer networks of all types of organizations, providing technical support, and ensuring the whole company runs smoothly. IT support monitors and maintains the company computer systems, installs and configures hardware and software, and solves technical issues as they arise.

II. SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
  • Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
  • Setting up accounts for new users
  • Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
  • Testing new technology

III. JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Preferably a bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or any related field.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in the same capacity.
  • Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role.
  • Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
  • Preferably living within the vicinity or amenable to working in Makati or relocating prior to on-boarding.

IV. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Great project management skills, including organization, planning, time management, and prioritization.
  • Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
