Job Summary
HR Supervisor should manage the day-to-day operations of the human resource department, as well as exhibit strong decision-making skills with a deep understanding of the human resources policies, procedures, and programs.

Responsibilities:
  • Assisting with all internal HR-related matters
  • Participating in developing organizational guidelines and procedures
  • Creating a recruitment plan and calendar according to operation
  • Assisting with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks, and issuing employment contracts
  • Creating onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal, procedures, and regulations
  • Maintaining physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits and attendance records
  • Participates in meetings that involve a range of issues (e.g. personnel actions, regulatory requirements, actions involving outside agencies, inter-department needs, etc.) to develop recommendations and/or support other staff.
  • Assisting in scheduling a variety of meetings and employee events (e.g. Employee Orientation, On-Boarding Orientation, Leadership Training, Training and Development Training, Team building, Applicant Interviews, Job Fair, etc.) to meet the needs of the management, the organization, the department, and employees.
  • Establishing proper employee and labor relations processes
  • Taking appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations and addressing employee grievances
  • Coordinating employee development plans and performance management.
  • Performing orientations and updating records of new staff.
  • Managing the organization's employee database and preparing reports.
  • Producing and submitting reports on general HR activity.
  • Performing other related tasks advised by the HR Manager, as well as other related duties to ensure the efficient and effective function operations of the company.


Requirements Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related.
  • 3-5 years of related experience as an HR Supervisor
  • Has an Experience in Training and Development
  • Deep understanding of Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
  • Efficient HR administration and people management skills.
  • Excellent record-keeping skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Superb computer literacy with capability in email, MS Office, and related HR software.
  • Remarkable organizational and conflict management skills.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
