Vendor Selection & Management

  • Identify and evaluate vendors based on project scope, technical requirements, cost-efficiency, and compliance standards.
  • Draft and enforce Service Level Agreements (SLAs) detailing deliverables, timelines, KPIs, and escalation protocols.
  • Supervise Vendor Onboarding Briefs with project-specific guidelines, branding standards (if applicable), and schedule expectations.
  • Conduct performance checks, mock executions, or dry runs to validate readiness before deployment.

Project Oversight & Profit Protection

  • Monitor real-time project gross profit (GP) and flag risk zones with proactive mitigation strategies.
  • Review and approve vendor proposals based on ROI analysis, feasibility, and alignment with project goals.
  • Maintain a GP Risk Assessment Sheet and update internal budget trackers at key milestones.
  • Ensure resource allocation is optimized across departments and timelines.

Operational Cadence & Delivery Assurance

  • Establish cadence checkpoints such as Kick-Off, Midpoint Review, and Execution Readiness meetings.
  • Implement milestone-based validations including mock-up reviews, technical rehearsals, and documentation audits.
  • Supervise the development of a Production Schedule at least 72 hours before go-live to confirm readiness across all components.
  • Escalate deviations early to prevent delays, financial penalties, or client dissatisfaction.
  • Maintain a Gantt Calendar outlining key syncs, reviews, and delivery dates.

Internal Coordination

  • Translate project requirements into actionable instructions for vendors and internal teams, supported by visual references and measurable KPIs.
  • Liaise with departments such as Marketing, Creative, Broadcast, Technical, and Finance to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Facilitate revision loops and change requests using tracked documentation and version control systems.
  • Ensure all communications are documented and traceable for accountability.

Post-Execution Accountability

  • Lead structured post-mortem reviews with vendors and internal stakeholders to assess performance and identify improvement areas.
  • Document execution wins, risk points, and refund triggers in a Post-Mortem Report submitted within 5 working days of project completion.
  • Archive learnings and templates for future reference and process optimization.
