Job Summary

We are seeking a Project Manager with experience in modular cabinet manufacturing, fit-out, or interior construction to oversee multiple projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate will coordinate between design, production, procurement, and installation teams to ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Scheduling

  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables for modular cabinet projects.
  • Coordinate with design, engineering, and production teams to ensure readiness and feasibility.
  • Prepare project documentation, including scope of work, budgets, and timelines.

Execution & Coordination

  • Supervise day-to-day project execution and resolve operational issues.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, contractors, and internal departments for smooth project delivery.
  • Ensure material availability and timely production to meet project deadlines.

Budget & Cost Control

  • Track project expenses, monitor budgets, and control costs effectively.
  • Prepare progress reports and financial summaries for management.

Quality & Compliance

  • Conduct quality checks at production and installation stages.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and client requirements.

Team & Stakeholder Management

  • Lead project teams, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders to manage expectations and resolve conflicts.

Qualification

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Experience: 3–6 years of project management experience in modular furniture, cabinetry, or interior fit-out industries.
  • Knowledge of cabinet manufacturing processes and materials (MDF, laminates, hardware, etc.)
  • Familiarity with CAD drawings and production shop drawings is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and client satisfaction.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
