A Product Specialist is responsible for supporting the development, positioning, and performance of a company's products. The role involves working closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure that products meet market needs and customer expectations. The Product Specialist provides product expertise, conducts market analysis, assists in training, and supports promotional activities to drive product growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, development, and execution of product strategies and roadmaps.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and gaps.
  • Provide detailed product knowledge and support to sales and marketing teams.
  • Assist in preparing product presentations, technical documents, and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to incorporate customer feedback into product improvements.
  • Participate in product launches, demos, and marketing campaigns.
  • Train internal teams and customers on product features and benefits.
  • Monitor product performance, collect feedback, and recommend improvements.
  • Serve as a liaison between customers, sales, and technical teams for product-related issues.
  • Ensure all product documentation and specifications are accurate and up to date.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Atleast 2 years of experience as Product Specialist
  • Strong understanding of market research and product lifecycle management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Willing to work in San Juan, Greenhills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php50,000.00 per month
