The Product Development Specialist brings those ideas to life turning inspiration into actual, swoon-worthy products. This role bridges creativity and strategy, ensuring that every product is thoughtfully developed, tested, and launched to deliver the best experience for our customers.

You'll collaborate with suppliers, designers, and the marketing team to bring innovative, high-quality beauty products from concept to shelf.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product development plans from concept to launch.
  • Research market trends, competitor products, and consumer insights to inspire innovation.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, laboratories, and packaging partners for sampling, formulation, and production timelines.
  • Evaluate product samples, ensuring quality, performance, and brand alignment.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Creative teams to craft product stories, packaging designs, and campaign materials.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of formulations, costs, testing, and product specifications.
  • Work closely with Regulatory, Procurement, and QA teams to ensure compliance with product standards.
  • Monitor production schedules and resolve development challenges with agility and creativity.
  • Support product launches by providing product knowledge and insights to internal teams.
  • Stay ahead of beauty trends, innovations, and ingredient breakthroughs.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Product Development, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in product development, ideally in cosmetics, skincare, or FMCG.
  • Strong project management and coordination skills.
  • Keen eye for design, trends, and customer experience.
  • Knowledge of product formulation, packaging, and manufacturing processes (a plus).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented ,with a passion for beauty and innovation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
