We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant - Recruitment to support our talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment cycle. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with posting job advertisements on job boards, career pages, and social media.
  • Screen resumes and applications based on job criteria.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics between candidates and interview panels.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
  • Communicate with candidates at various stages of the hiring process.
  • Assist in the preparation of offer letters and pre-employment documentation.
  • Support onboarding activities, including document collection and induction coordination.
  • Help organize and participate in job fairs, campus drives, and recruitment events.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential candidate records.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR or recruitment (internship experience acceptable).
  • Familiarity with ATS, HR software, or recruitment tools is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php22,000.00 per month
