Gentro International Products Inc. is looking for a driven and creative Ecommerce Growth, Influencer & Affiliate Specialist to help grow our online presence and build impactful affiliate and reseller channels across top ecommerce platforms.

Job Description:

  • Manage and grow the presence of our brands on key ecommerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok and others.

  • Plan and execute strategic ecommerce campaigns to attract, convert and retain customers, driving consistent GMV growth.

  • Optimize product listings, pricing and promotional strategies to boost visibility and conversion.

  • Identify and build relationships with affiliates, influencers and resellers who align with our brand values.

  • Launch and manage influencer, affiliate and reseller campaigns to drive sales across different SKUs.

  • Track performance metrics and continuously refine strategies for exponential growth.

What we're looking for:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Ecommerce and Affiliate/Influencer Marketing or related fields.

  • Solid familiarity with Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok Shop and other major ecommerce platforms.

  • Strong communication skills, especially in reaching out to partners and maintaining external relationships.

  • Background in digital marketing or a related degree is preferred.

  • Bonus if you have experience with affiliate tools, influencer platforms or an existing network of contacts in the ecommerce space.

  • Bonus if you have experience in the baby wipes, baby care and skincare categories.
