This role merges digital strategy with on-ground trade expertise to transform sari-sari store economics. By deeply understanding sari-sari buying behaviors and pain points, the role identifies potential gaps and opportunities, harnessing ecommerce to unlock scalable growth while complementing traditional field teams.

Qualifications & experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or any related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales in ecommerce and basic understanding of sari sari stores and its cycle.
  • Preferably with experience under FMCG companies.
  • Has advanced knowledge in cross functional influence in sales, marketing and operations, ECommerce funnel optimization, value based selling and pricing strategy.
  • Can perform account management and relationship building with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent decision making, forecasting, data validation, sales analysis and communication skills.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Develop yearly agreed ecommerce B2B sales plans and targets as aligned with company.
  • Identify key brand partnerships and expansion opportunities.
  • Collaborate with enabler/distributor on operations, finance and upcoming campaigns.
  • Collaborate and negotiate with accounts/platforms on visibilities deals for executions.
  • Align with brand team in on budgets and campaign plans for executions.
  • Align with certain departments for operational efficiencies.
