About Us

We are a growing fashion jewelry brand looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented eCommerce Specialist to join our startup team. This role combines administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth business operations, while supporting the growth of our online retail presence.


Job Summary

The eCommerce Specialist will handle day-to-day admin and operations work such as order processing, product listings, inventory monitoring, and customer support. She must be reliable, proactive, and willing to work weekends and holidays when needed.


Key Responsibilities
  • Process and monitor customer orders across online platforms.
  • Coordinate shipping schedules with couriers and handle returns/exchanges.
  • Upload/update product listings, descriptions, and photos.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
  • Maintain records of sales, expenses, and supplies.
  • Support administrative tasks, reports, and office needs.
  • Provide excellent customer service via email, chat, or social media.
  • Assist in promotions, campaigns, and online updates.

Qualifications
  • Female only
  • At least 1 year of related work experience in eCommerce, admin, or operations.
  • Willing to work on weekends and holidays when required.
  • Pleasing personality with strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Consistent and good attendance record.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, etc.) is preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace.
