Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced eCommerce Business Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive business strategies to drive growth and success in the ecommerce space.

Your primary focus will be on leading clients' ecommerce business strategies, working closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that enhance online sales and boost their digital footprint. You will utilize data analysis to monitor performance indicators such as Gross Merchandise Volume (GMV) and Average Order Value (AOV), using these insights to guide strategic decision-making and business growth.

You will present comprehensive analysis and strategic recommendations to stakeholders, including specifics on effective merchandising, content creation, and marketing strategies for improving online presence. Additionally, you will proactively identify and pursue opportunities for business enhancements within existing client relationships, driving continuous improvement and client satisfaction.

We are looking for a professional with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to new tools and technologies. Your ability to develop strong relationships with brands, marketplaces, and other channels will be essential in driving business growth and achieving our goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+++ years of ecommerce enabling or platform experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and engage directly with clients
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, adaptable to new tools
  • Experience with Data Studio and/or Power BI preferred
  • Fresh graduates with relevant co-curricular or internship experience are encouraged to apply
