We're looking for a results-driven and strategic
Ecommerce
Manager (TikTok Shop)
to join Huskee Digital This is a full-time remote role focused on managing and growing client storefronts across TikTok Shop.

You'll be at the center of marketplace growth. You will be developing strategies, running promotions, and ensuring stores hit performance targets. If you thrive on e-commerce, understand how to drive traffic and conversions, and can turn insights into sales, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize client storefronts across TikTok Shop, Lazada, and Shopee to maximize visibility and conversions
  • Develop and implement growth strategies tailored to each marketplace platform
  • Coordinate campaigns, platform promotions, and seasonal activities in line with client objectives
  • Monitor performance metrics (traffic, conversion, sales, ROI) and deliver actionable reports
  • Identify, onboard, and manage affiliate partners to support sales growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams (content, media buying, project management) to ensure seamless campaign execution
  • Serve as the point of communication for marketplace performance updates, insights, and next steps

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in marketplace management, e-commerce, or digital marketing
  • Hands-on experience managing stores on TikTok Shop, Lazada, Shopee, or similar platforms
  • Strong knowledge of marketplace algorithms, promotions, and platform best practices
  • Familiarity with affiliate marketing and partner management
  • Comfortable with analytics dashboards and reporting tools (TikTok Shop Analytics, Lazada/Shopee Seller Center, etc.)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive and ambitious—able to take ownership of outcomes and push for growth
