Responsible for ensuring the proper upkeep, safety, and functionality of both the retail branches and the head office facilities. This includes conducting routine inspections, performing general maintenance, addressing repair needs, and providing technical assistance during store and office-related activities. The role requires flexibility to travel to various locations as needed.

Responsibilities:

* Conduct regular inspections of assigned retail stores (e.g., lighting, air conditioning, plumbing, and fixture conditions).

* Perform minor repairs such as replacing lights, fixing display fixtures, repairing doors, and addressing leaks.

*Responsible for maintaining a facilities equipment and structures, ensuring they are in good working order and safe for use

*Coordinate with mall engineering for issues beyond store-level capacity (e.g., electrical tripping, HVAC problems).

*Support store setup and renovation activities, including layout changes, installations, or event setups.

* Maintain accurate records of work performed, including repairs, inspections, and installations.

* Review and evaluate branch requests related to construction concerns.

Qualifications:

* High school graduate; vocational or TESDA course in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Maintenance preferred.

* With TESDA NC II / NC III in Electrical Installation & Maintenance, Mechanical Maintenance, or related field is an advantage.

* At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience in maintenance

* Skilled in basic carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and general facility repairs.

* Ability to troubleshoot minor building issues (e.g., leaking pipes, light fixtures, and repair of air-conditioning units (Window-type, Split-type, or Package units) is an advantage

* Strong knowledge of electrical theory, electrical codes, and safety standards

* Proficiency in using multi-meters, voltage testers, and other electrical testing equipment

* Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams, schematics, and manuals

* Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills

* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.

* Can work with minimal supervision, trustworthy, and proactive.

* Willing to travel to different store locations when needed.
