  • Responsible for the supervision of all Multi-Skilled Technicians and other technical support staff to ensure efficiency in the operation. It is also responsible for their regular evaluation on overall performance.
  • Responsible for the maintenance of all machineries and equipment of the stations. It is also responsible for the smooth operations of the technical facilities.
  • Maintains cordial and friendly relations with Stations Group and other Department and ensures that their requests are acted upon expeditiously.
  • Responsible for the proper handling, safeguarding, monitoring and effective use of station equipment's and technical facilities.
  • Responsible for march-in/march-out procedures
  • Ensures that all company policies, systems and procedures are followed and strictly implemented
  • Responsible for the dissemination and effective implementation of preventive maintenance schedule including repairs and renovation.
  • Responsible for the supervision of the external contractors. It is also responsible for their performance evaluation
  • Ensures that safety rules and procedures are complied with
  • Conducts regular walk-arounds and inspections to ensure that all delegated tasks are properly acted upon
  • Canvasses materials and supplies needed for the project
  • Coordinates with external contractors for specific projects and reports to the Engineering Manager for approval.
  • Introduce and recommend processes, methods, equipment that may improve station efficiency, cost cutting and department assistance to operations.
  • Work to improve routine, extraordinary and turnaround maintenance, equipment and plumbing inspections, spare parts availability, company maintenance, and similar activities;
  • All other related tasks as required
