KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides technical support and maintenance of the Company's IT systems and network infrastracture.
- Responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, ensuring system reliability and data security.
- Assisting in the implementation of IT projects and upgrades.
- Able to handle ad-hoc task assigned by the immediate supervisor.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Knowledge in computer hardware, networking and server management.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, Windows OS and basic software installation.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Reliable, service-oriented and proactive in problem-solving.
