Hiring: Building Maintenance Staff

Location: Malate, Manila

Schedule: 6 days a week, open to rotating shifts, late-night work, and holidays

Qualifications:

  • Must be physically fit and capable of performing manual and maintenance-related tasks
  • With NC II certification in Building Maintenance, Electrical Installation, or any related field (preferred)
  • Must be responsible, reliable, and able to work independently
  • Preferably residing within or near Malate area
  • May stay in company barracks if needed

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general building maintenance and minor repairs (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc.)
  • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper upkeep of facilities
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies
  • Assist in inspection and preventive maintenance of equipment and utilities
