Customer Service Associate – Travel

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience in the travel and tours industry.

Main Responsibilities

  • Booking Management
  • Monitor incoming customer emails regarding next-day bookings, cancellations, changes, and upgrade requests.
  • Regularly check the company calendar to ensure all pending bookings are processed on time.
  • Manage bookings from Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) such as GetYourGuide (GYG), Viator, and Musement, ensuring accurate updates in our system.
  • Follow up with customers who did not complete the booking process to understand reasons for abandonment.
  • Contact customers with payment failures, assisting them in resolving technical payment issues.
  • Customer Engagement
  • Proactively reach out to customers after their tours to collect feedback and encourage reviews.
  • Handle inquiries through multiple channels (chat, phone, and email) with professionalism and care.
  • Provide timely responses to questions regarding tours, packages, and transfers.
  • Booking Updates & Upselling
  • Update customer bookings in internal systems (accommodation, transportation, and services).
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or add services to enhance customer bookings.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: Up to Php200.00 per hour
