Responsibilities

  • Lead and Manage the Sales Team: Recruit, train, and motivate sales representatives to achieve both individual and team targets.

  • Negotiate Contracts and Close Deals: Handle negotiations and ensure contracts are beneficial for both parties.

  • Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Address client concerns promptly and ensure high service quality.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Marketing Management, Engineering, or any Business-related course.

  • At least 5 years of Sales experience in the Construction Industry.

  • Strong background in strategic planning and negotiations.

  • Excellent leadership skills to drive team success.

  • Proficient in Gmail, Excel, and related applications"

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php40,000.00 per month
