Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and organized Virtual Assistant to join our team for the holiday season. This role focuses on sales, customer communication, and administrative support. As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you'll play a key role in converting leads into booked jobs and ensuring smooth communication from inquiry to installation.

This is a commission-based position, ideal for someone with strong people skills, sales experience, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound inquiries (phone, email, social media, and website forms) with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.
  • Follow up with leads and past customers to encourage bookings.
  • Assist in preparing and sending proposals/quotes to clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and closed sales in our CRM.
  • Answer customer questions about services, pricing, scheduling, and promotions.
  • Support scheduling by coordinating with the installation team.
  • Assist with basic admin tasks (data entry, reminders, client updates).

Sales Responsibilities

  • Drive bookings by actively engaging potential customers.
  • Promote seasonal discounts, price match guarantees, and referral incentives.
  • Track and report conversion rates and sales performance.
  • Earn commissions based on confirmed sales.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or virtual assistance is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Comfortable with phone calls, text messaging, and email follow-ups.
  • Ability to learn our processes, promotions, and service details quickly.
  • Reliable internet, quiet work environment, and self-motivation.
  • CRM experience a plus (Jobber or similar).

Compensation

  • Commission-Based: Paid per confirmed sale (details provided during interview).
  • Performance-based bonuses may be available during peak season.
